Privacy and terms
Short, because the site does very little with your data. Last updated 13 September 2026.
Who runs this site
Reason Talent Solutions, LLC, a company registered in the United States. Questions about anything on this page go to chris@reasontalent.com.
What the contact form collects
Your name, email address, and whatever you type into the form, plus the optional organization, role, and how you found us. Nothing is required beyond the name, the email, and a description of your situation.
Submissions are delivered by Resend, an email service, straight to the inbox at chris@reasontalent.com. They are not stored in a database, added to a mailing list, or passed to anyone else. Resend holds a copy in its sending log under its own privacy policy. If you would like your message and that log entry deleted, ask and it will be done.
What the site does not do
- No analytics. No page-view tracking, no session recording, no heatmaps.
- No advertising or social media pixels, so nothing here follows you to another site.
- No cookies are set by this site, which is why you were not asked to accept any.
- No third-party fonts loaded at page view. The two typefaces are served from this domain, so your browser never calls Google to render a page.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses and requested URLs for operational and security purposes. That is hosting infrastructure rather than anything set up to watch you, and those logs are governed by Vercel’s privacy policy.
Client data
Assessment results, survey responses, and interview notes gathered during an engagement are not held on this website and are not touched by anything described above. How that data is handled is set by the agreement for the engagement, which says who sees individual-level results and who sees only aggregates. Ask for those terms before a project starts rather than after.
Terms of use
The writing, frameworks, and downloadable material on this site belong to Reason Talent Solutions, LLC. Quote it, cite it, and send it to colleagues. Do not republish it as your own or sell it. Named instruments referenced here, among them Hogan and EQi-2.0, belong to their respective owners.
Everything published here is general professional writing. Reading it does not create a consulting relationship, and it is not legal, financial, or employment-law advice. Decisions about hiring, promotion, and termination carry legal obligations that vary by jurisdiction; take them to counsel.
Links to other organizations point at material worth reading, not at anything we control or vouch for.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions, so if a specific commitment matters to you, save a copy.
